I guess the reason I am still questioning things is for 3 reasons

1. John Hurrell is now Chairman and a Director of Ferghana who messed up the financing of the aquisition. They had 12 months to plan for financing yet the way the Canadian CN went down to the wire was just strange. Why?

2. First Cape - Director of Anteo Richard Martin - A Director of First Cape - What loans were set up and how this is done with links to an Anteo company director with no disclosure to the market - If loans were set up - Which other Anteo shareholders used the same potential lenders and why?

3. We sit back and cheer while they complete the heist of share swapping at shareholders expense

Add to this a few other things that have taken place and it is laughable why they wonder why sp is where it is.

Twin, you have a far better grasp of the financials than I do.
Why not submit a detailed complaint, with apparent evidence, to ASIC?
Toothless tiger, maybe, but it might take it seriously enough to ask questions. Enough to make people sweat at least.
