It's got me stuffed why companies even do capital raises through funds any more. I haven't been around the markets that long but every raise I have seen basically results in the fund dumping for their quick profit and that's the end of it. Companies would get more value offering it to existing share holders and making them be held in escrow for 6 months or so. At least then the shares may actually find a few safer hands.
It's crazy that moelis put out a way below average report but still value ajx at $1 but yet their clients or themselves have not bought one share in three months.
Would be interesting to hear a response from someone in management about this, seeing as they spoke ever so highly about them at the Agm.
