    It may not be as imminent, management have stated they would do it when the valuation is in a better shape. They see 2H FY17 to be the game changer so I'd be surprised if they did it before that?
    Also, wouldn't they have a fair bit of losses to carry forward, therefore reduced tax in Australia for a bit?
