In the absence of earnings guidance, updates re PIP, clarification about tort reform, clarification about refinancing arrangements and likelihood of a d4e swap, in the absence of any meaningful updates, forecasts or any information whatsoever for the company - how can you estimate what is a fair price for an SGH share? how can you determine if the share is oversold or overbrought? how can you determine if the share price has bottomed?
idk, perhaps the chartists can do this (although the occasional TA gurus who pop into this forum say without exception that SGH technicals are terrible and there is probably more pain to come)
It seems to me this thing is driven entirely be sentiment - and I'm not talking about the sentiment of sophisticated sentiment of brokers wearing pin stripe suits and suspenders belts, I'm talking about the raw unadulterated sentiment of commsec retail longs - impulsive greed and mind numbing fear - it's a vibe, a gut feeling
