    Still, after the time I have spent looking, I get a feeling, a hunch that there is accumulation happening. There are patterns, hints and clues...

    16.75M shares to become a substantial holder leaves a lot of room to accumulate without triggering an announcement.

    I have requested a Top 20 holders again to see what, if any changes of interest there after recent trading.
