no short sales on the 22nd or 23rd December (source ASX daily gross report), and judging  by the share price on the 23rd and 28th I expect no short selling on those days either.

Appears the shorts were busy opening positions up to the 21st December, ahead of the refinancing announcement, hoping for further SP falls, I suppose.

The share price was amazingly resilient yesterday after the announcement. Could the real sellers have dried up, because my investigations suggest that over the last few weeks, it is only new short sales that are lowering the SP. This short activity will inevitably shake out a few weak hands on those active down days.

But of course we have seen this share price levelling followed by further decline before...
