They have fluked the timing re oil price and geopoltical tensions and look at the energy sector today, last week,, SEA has catch up to do - this will not happen until the placement is confirmed because thats when the bank financing is confirmed / underlying funds are revealed etc etc.

If you get a succesful hedge fund buying then these days thats enough for mrkt to jump on and give another 10 or so %.

Good gains are around the crnr but substantial gains will happen if they can execute in the field and oil plays ball - then you talking a nice winner.
