There was a detailed discussion previously on this site regarding the respective rights and claims of Rice and WBT to the technology. I'm sure you can scroll back and find it.
From memory, my take away was essentially WBT needs to show good progress to securely retain rights - something I am very confident WBT is achieving very effectively.
