I'd relate it back to the threads here on HotCopper. There's plenty of info shared by some very knowledgeable people. After a while you get a good understanding of the users that share well researched quality information, you get those that pump without research and you get those that down ramp. In a way broker data is like looking at the action by those different types of users (2 days late of course).

Just like looking at a chart gives you possible outcomes there's no crystal ball when it comes to investing or trading. Broker data is just that, data and data can be interpreted to prove or disprove a hypothesis.
