Based on the 10 year chart, your window of opportunity to have purchased a house outright would have been the spike in 2017 or the recent one day run to 15c. For that to have happened, you also would have been a T5 holder and sold the majority of your shares and then rebought at the bottom. Quite possible but I'm calling bullsh1t on this. I think CXM has alot of potential but you are ramping on like it has performed like CHN
