Political risk here is huge. Morocco holds 75% of the phosphate reserves of the world and the whole world needs phosphate for fertiliser / to eat. Morocco is quite poor and not very progressive and is very much the king maker here. Will it side with China or the US or someone else?

Whoever misses out will be seeking resources from elsewhere. A nice size resource in a safe jurisdiction will be high on the list!
