They haven't got much high grade. Note it says salable concentrate, so need to be put through a beneficiation process first processed first to lift the grade significantly, which equals the need to mine and process more tonnes to get a salable product. Dimond joe couldn't make it work but the rock price is a lot higher now. Interestingly over at AEV they are talking a binding offtake to fast track 600ktpa DSO . No beneficiation, even CXM is putting their ore though a simple beneficiation process. AEV ore might be suitable to a customer or two as is. Dig/crush/sell. Aussie phosphate space is starting to warm up. The three phosphate juniors I hold are CXM, AEV, and GIB
