    I believe everyone that participated in the cr had their allocation split across tranche 1 and 2. The cr closed after all bids were in. Anyone receiving tranche 2 shares must have also participated in tranche 1. No shares were offered separately for tranche 2. So anyone receiving tranche 2 shares already held tranche 1 shares.
