Taylor Collinson offered to raise an additional amount as the one arranged by management on the same terms, except that Taylors got a better commission and the shares issued did not have the attached options as in the original raise by SPP. I am not surprised if Taylors are selling now. They have made a very good profit and that is their business. They are not long term investors. I could use other words but I may get moderated.
