does look like they are making money doing it though. Probably don't care about what happens to the stock long term, just bombarding it with algo trading to carve out margins that add up to some pretty good profits as you can sort of see in those tables. They have also probably picked WA1 to do it to because it has such untapped potential, a smallish market cap and flow of results to come - so risk profile is very low.
