Still can’t believe that a 50k parcel which I bought back then only costed me $50k. Now you need to fork out $1m to pay for the same 50k parcel.
So much value has been created but so much more value has yet to be created because the first zone is still open to the East and South East, and the second new zone just had a sniff of it grade without a proper drill hole yet.
Exciting times ahead.
