the beauty of regal is that it is very hard to work out what they are doing or predict what they will do. But I would suspect they knew the cap raise was coming and are either participating or, if not, decided to push it below the $17 and keep it there so any cap raise flippers get caught out and sell to regal at a loss. They are as shifty as any fund you will ever find.
But as we know... they hold heaps and they won't let this fall for long. $20 will be back in play quickly.
