Cheers Elite - that makes sense - at a cursory look, I do see some correlation between Regal's big buys reported in their substantial holding filings and Citi net volume.

It would be nice to see a Regal filing - naively, looking at their selling in the run up to settlement date for the January raise reported in their substantial holding filing, where they acquired ~1m shares (below), and the corresponding broker data net volume for ML and UBS during that period, vs. the three weeks leading to the current raise settlement date (also below), I'd idly speculate that Regal acquired another ~500k shares in the latest raise, ~A$10m worth, which may not be enough to trigger the change in substantial holding threshold.

Other than that, it may be similar to the January raise, where various funds such as 1832 Asset Management's Scotia Resource fund presumably picked up a few hundred k shares each, but nothing necessarily requiring filings.
