the guy could of made it up himself for whatever reason and goes around saying that.
Then you tell people "hey all the funds out there are shorting WA1, some guy said"
It means nothing that 'someone' said that.
Haha "ALL the funds are shorting WA1"

Some would be ofcourse as with all stocks, it happens. But 'all' funds are not shorting WA1 right now.

He made it up, or heard it from someone else who made it up.

There is no mass shorting!
There is no lassagne curve in effect!
