Depends on Pauls aspiration, if he desires to become a billionaire he would try his best to hold onto it. But a $32 offer would most likely get all yes votes from 50% of the register.
In green is what they would receive if a $32 offer comes in. Pauls holdings was once worth 600k at one stage pre discovery. Tali got in at the IPO at 25c for a total price of $2.22m. I think there was a back story with getting this company off the ground, Paul didnt have enough capital to start it and Tali decided to opt in more than their original commitment and increase their position during the IPO.
