commsec, not have GS, recommendation front and visible for all the see, i think commsec got a payment for allow the them..which i have not seen before as they default to morningstar...are morningstar in with GS?
to me it is clear down ramping by commseccc and in support of what street and gs are doing ..and apparently CS itself? as other have indicated
