Keep in mind that if someone is hiding behind multiple 'Nominee' accounts, then LRS may not be aware that someone is holding a 5% substantial holding.
Unless the owner of that 5% holding self declares (which is an ASIC requirement). But it doesn't always work perfectly (as we found out earlier this year when our largest shareholder forgot to inform LRS that he had been selling some shares in August 2022.
Keep in mind that if someone is hiding behind multiple 'Nominee'...
