The broker buy and sell data is very interesting.
It looks to me that there is one or a group of buyers for which Morgan Stanley buys shares and the sells appear to be from small holders like us.
That means that none of the directors or any of the Top 20 shareholders are selling any shares.
Top 20 and directors just own about under 50%.
Small shareholders appear to be selling their shares. There is only a pool of about 25 Million shares that remaining shareholders hold. 14 Million shares have been traded since the beginning of the year.
It must be increasingly difficult to get additional shares.
The current sell side would support this thesis:
