Good point.
I agree to collaborate with LYC in Australia, build a mutually convenient processing plant here, with convenient offshore shipping. Then bring on Dubbo and enlarge the plant to suit both companies - then merge! (Hopefully avoiding any Malaysian damages claim on LYC)
