Shimmer was definitely a manipulator, not sure about michaelhaley though, but I was not at all surprised to see a CR ann'ed. this morning, in light of the SP smashing that ASO has copped just lately.

We knew a CR was on the cards, but todays ann. and recent SP action makes me think of leaking ships, however it flies in the face of Tolga & Co having a reasonably large holding, because they wouldn't want the dilution that a CR at current price will bring ??

Nickel is down 2.91% in the last week, gold is up .94% in same time, of course small caps are more reactive and sensitive to macro externals and Ni is down 4.92% over the last month - so it's the most likely coercive factor in SP drop.

So I'll probably drop the leaky ship theory, and settle on commodities doing it tough at the moment, they probably have gone CR now before price goes any lower without some kind of good news to stimulate SP, looks like a bit of bad luck, shoulda/coulda done the CR sooner than they did.
