maybe if they had a decent drill plan instead of drilling a small bit like swiss cheese just so they can all get their bonuses, and instead try and prove some substance, they might do better..
I have no experience but i honestly think i could pick better spots to drill..hell if i stuff up ill just raise myself some more cash at a massive discount to market and throw in some freebies again
