As far as I know this is ASX in-house software only available to brokers.
There was conjecture a couple of years ago that this might be made available to everyone who accesses SEATS but nothing has come of it.
I'm sure the full service brokers would oppose it, as it gives them one of the few technical advantages over online traders.
Happy to be proven wrong on this if anyone has more information.
