Good question, however, the post seemed to divert so hopefully I'll put it back on track getting others to re-read your initial question. Immature conjector discredits the post and site overall and should be discouraged, enough said. I doubt you could actually obtain the information you are after, short of contacting brokerage firms individually. I am also interested in where you might find it. Can anyone help?
