It was long talked about by management with deals in discussion that never came to pass but imo it would be about the biggest price driver and create solid market interest if they seal a deal with big pharma that includes for example a 10% equity stake. Get it paid at a premium and 10% is 10% it's still along way from Hockings stake - it's not enough to block and if they want to move to 20% they would need to pay up for it as I imagine the amount for offer on market would drastically shrink if the game changes.
