To be fair 4 of the 6 directors are NED's probably good putting a female up also.
It's really just pulling them inline with peers even still probably underweight comparatively.
For example Peptidream has 8 Board members and around 50 staff in saying that though half of their staff have PHD's not sure PYC pulls the same weight there ?
Aileron the same with 8 directors.
Could go on ?
