I am about to give myself a sabbatical from HC so last word for a while (hopefully) but I think this is transitional ie Wilson stepped down and will retire within a year or 2 and McHarrie might too as the shareholder he represents has been diluted to a relatively small holding so maybe a year or 2 left there as well. Good for continuity to get new faces in and familiar before an exit of older faces.
If this is right I'm kind of excited as to what the need blood brings as we (hopefully) enter a more commercial phase of the companies future.
