About 3 weeks ago our broker mistakenly transferred some money into our CFD account, which we didn't actually notice as we don't really look at the statements on a daily basis.
We transferred our balance a couple of weeks ago (including the amount which the broker had transferred by mistake which we were still not aware of at that time) and this week received a call from the broker to say 'where's our money'?
Does anyone know, as this was their stuff-up, are we legally obliged to pay them back?
