Thanks Taffyjuke. Hadn't seen the Paterson's report. Just saw this in there:

"Carnegie has had initial success in securing Government funding support for the development of CETO. The Company was awarded a $12.5m grant from the Western Australian Government’s $36.5m Low Emissions Energy Development (LEED) fund in February 2009. The funds are payable on
a one dollar for every two spent, and will be applied towards the commercial demonstration plant at Garden Island."

So I guess the commercial demontration plant site will be Garden Island. Bad luck Albany. Maybe you'll be next. :-)
