Would Moderateor please cite the section of RG 162 which says broker notes or research cannot be shared by non professional users of IDS.
It is the least you can do since you has effectively made this site far less valuable to LYC followers by moderating a message which allegedly contained broker info and claimed that to be in breach if ASIC rules.. OK, which rule.
Further brokers can look after themselves. most are not going to complain because occasionally their research is reported favourably.
