There are two parts to the answer.

a) as you state, the post allegedly contained broker info. The post contained no reference or link as to what report or which broker. As such any claim that it was from a broker was unsubstantiated and it was moderated accordingly. We moderate dozens of similar instances every day at the request of posters.

b) posting material which is copyright is illegal, and thus covered by RG162.42(a).

The usual way in which b) is brought to our attention is that the information is posted with or without the link, and another poster reports it along the lines of "I'm a subscriber to this service. Soandso has published this info which is copyright and they have no right to do this when people like me have paid good money for a private service (and I have reported this to the broker/analyst) ...."
