You're getting ahead of yourself here as far as this issue is concerned. It is a case of unsubstantiated information, not copyright, as there is no link.
As for what is let through, we do our best to assess each one on an individual basis. Your top link would probably be let through now as it is open access on the internet, although if it had been behind a paywall in 2014, it wouldn't. The other two have no links, so would have been moderated if they'd been reported.
In this case we've nothing to go on. No link, not even the broker's name. It is as simple a case of a basic breach of the posting rules as you could get, and very simple to rectify, providing there aren't any other issues with the source.
