    There are 110,000,000 shares on offer at 3.65 with one free attaching options exercisable at 10 cents on or before March 31, 2009.

    The broker options will be issued at the discreation of the board to brokers who introduce subcribers to the prospectus to the offer shares are allocated. The borkers will be paid 0.1 cent for every option they are allocated.
