if I was a skeptical chap I might say that the sudden share price volume increase right around the time of the spp being sent out smells a tad of priming the pumps to make the spp more attractive.
However, being the practical chap I am I would say with two free attaching options even if it was currently trading at 1.5c it would still be attractive.
