My last post on SBR back in May:
"The drill results are critical. The company is valued at $70M fully diluted. I am bullish on SBR but $70M has a bit of blue sky in the price already. The drill results will want to be very good IMO."

What we have seen is a typical situation where a stock is priced for a fair bit of success before the drill results confirm that success.
SBR share price is trending down because the blue sky valuation in the current market is far from justified on what progress has been made to date.
SBR has huge potential but until at least some of that potential is proven by way of drill results, the stock will continue to trend down at worst or hold it's own at circa 28c/35c range at best. Just my opinion.
