Over confidence can be a traders downfall, yes immediate trend is sideways. Long term if viewed by the weekly charts over a longer period has not really broken out of the down trend. There needs to be a break over 3.50 for the longer term trend to be broken.
Accumulation / Distribution does not show any accumulation. Technically the day trend is heading south and could test 2.20, immediate resistance is 3.10 then 3.50. If $2.80 doesn't hold I would jump ship!
