Bluescope is set to spend US$40 to recommence the capacity expansion at its Indonesian downstream facilities. The expansion project was halted back in December 2008 when the GFC hit.
The broker notes the news will have no impact to EPS given the increased capex spend is offset by increased earnings from the Indonesian operation. Buy and target maintained.
