    Yeah I missed out on the SPP because it's just too much of a hassle to participate from Thailand, getting bank cheques and all that sort of stuff.

    It would seem that the SPP would hold down the price in the short term as many people who would otherwise be buying now I guess are waiting for the SPP to kick in..am I understanding that correctly?
