Since January the sp dropped in line with the whole market. The market is now ahead of PEM so, unless markets drop, expect PEM to get to $0.80 in the near future. And it might just break resistance at that level.

There has been no bad news from PEM to lower value.

And the CBH factor? The fight for control of CBH may be holding PEM back right now, in case PEM make a bid which could in the short term hurt the PEM sp.
