I can easily believe there are some high frequency shorters who have managed to make money recently. I suspect that at the moment their key goal is to be sure PNV gets kicked out of the ASX200 in the next rebalance, and they’ll use every trick up their sleeve to ensure that happens. Then they’ll back off and let it back in, hoping to have another shot at kicking it out later. It’s all about creating volatility.
if, as he says, he has an association with an entity like that, I don’t find it too far-fetched to believe. It explains why he’s posting all the time on a stock he doesn’t hold.
