the fact of the matter is the share price is well below the last $1.70 capital raise. management are using shareholder capital as its plaything to empire build. the risks are only ever increasing. multiple simultaneous global expansions can easily result in bloated corporate costs. if any of the expansions fail to generate returns it just becomes another pointsbet or EML etc. serious investors will sit on the sidelines and even sell in the meantime until the risks subside.
management have their heads in the sand the next raising will be a massive dilution to shareholders. last time share price was here chairman started buying only to sell out later.
