no one is going to takeover this stock as it's in the in between phase of startup and profitable company. it's too expensive for a startup and as we all know not profitable/established enough for serious big players.
Management are still busy chasing startup bluesky everywhere. if they really had a competitive advantage there is no need to create new mini startup in each new jurisdiction - they will still be there later. And instead focus on dominating north America first
small market share in 40 markets is useless vs profitable domination in a jurisdiction like US.
no one is going to takeover this stock as it's in the in between...
