I think its down because there is a structural industry shift in the outflow of superfunds as result of COVID-19, this will cause a decline in revenue. I'm going to do some more research in this company, looks very interesting. Charts beginning to look promising, although still some short-term weakness.
I wouldn't worry about broker recommendations, research has consistently shown buying/selling based on broker recommendations (including consensus estimates) is as good as flipping a coin, I once came across a research that shows if you went AGAINST broker recommendations you would actually outperform the market.
