    To clarify my post. Had they used the two examples from the webinar there would have been a major uproar about this also as they are not finite.

    Can't please everybody.... So they state the base rate.

    I could just as easily speculate that track turns around and performs beautifully in the next 8 months and CM8 elects to uses its right to retire the entire facility next April. (With funding)
