Probably one of the most backward places on earth. Corruption is rife in that country. Stop sugar coating the reality. These people couldn't organize a s@&t fight in a sewage plant,that's the very reason why this land hasn't been mined in the past, cos they fight and argue at every opportunity.

They have only in recent times got what seems to be a stable Government.
