No offense intended to your opinion Hal. I have a group of mates that have worked on and off in PNG in the mining game for years and the frustration with dealing with local authority and red tape is ridiculous. In short,they think the place is a zoo.

I am only holding for what IDC has in the ground. There is, in my opinion nothing speculative in that. The speculation is in the country that owns the land. If IDC can work through all that then its a great thing and obviously I hope they do.
